A survey of top New Zealand executives' pay released this month showed Reynolds was the highest earner with an annual salary of $4.74 million.
The survey by BusinessDay found that although 2945 Telecom staff earned more than $100,000, it also had the largest pay gap between its boss and general staff, with Reynolds being paid more than 51 times that of the estimated company average.
Telecom has 6500 employees in NZ and 2000 employee in AUS. so 3000 out of 8500 earns more than 100K a year...........that is 35%. 1 in 3 men in the company paid ove 100,000
