小妹我自从6月份被裁了以后一直努力找工作中

面试去了好几次可惜一直郁郁不得志
下礼拜又有面试机会了，说是关于behavioural based competency interview
请教所有高手达人大概是怎样的呢？万分感激！！

乍看之下感覺像公司會有role play的interview?
可能讓大家一起處理個事情或者一個劇情假設
然後看每個人的反應以及處理態度??

Candidates are asked questions relating to their behaviour in specific circumstances, which they then need to back up with concrete examples. The interviewers will then dig further into the examples by asking for specific explanations about the candidate's behaviour or skills.

每一个问题都要用你曾经的具体事例来回答，而不是理论上的。面试官会分三栏来记录：Situation, Action & Results. 你的回答也就一定要说清楚这三项。如楼上所说，编故事来说明你的NB。 good luck 咯
