请问各位大侠，如果想买个有租金，以后也能升值的投资房子，那个区比较好？预算40吧，谢谢～～

中区 - 除了avondale, otahuhu, Point england, glen innes, 部分mt roskill, 和部分waterview.

40万只能买Mt Roskill一些差点的地方。

或着mt wellington，panmure，大不了avondale

旧3房选择还是有的。

because this is a invest house, i would like to buy in a good sub, doest not matter about the house, i am not going to live there anyway. any good advise? thanks.

3房好区的 T/H， 3个stage 以内到city, 不要买 unit 。
用心找吧。 40-50W。我的投资房就是这样的。

可以考虑买西区全幅地，35万以下，投资回报高些。
