想知道這裡買的IPAD 帶到國內是不是可以自動就可以上網呢? 網絡供應商不同的怎麼辦? 還有入境時是不是要打稅呢?

年底回國旅行在想是不是應該買一個為的是它可以比較容易上到百度地圖和其他國內旅遊網站希望可以有需要時可以即時查閱資料 3 R6 C0 @. N3 `7 {

wifi上网是无所谓的，如果3g上网必须是要本地的网络供应商的（按流量交钱，换张sim卡），除非你用新西兰的网络漫游？...不过估计不可能吧。

个人意见, 如果只是简单的上网查信息, 弄个smart phone 就可以了. ipad 好是好, 但带来带去不方便啊, 放在住的地方不放心, 还要每天背在身上....

Thanks Mr 3 Months, will start from Shanghai and around that area then perhaps may fly to somewhere up North then - not sure yet....I just want to use the map on internet which is best shown on IPAD (bigger screen, easy to navigate) for easy reference during the journey as cities in China are so big in area and the paper maps one can get from there do not normally show the minor streets, plus the transport there could be very confusing for cities without underground rail - so I think it maybe a good idea to have an updated map of Baidu (which appears to be more detailed) handy shown on iPad so I can check it from time to time....

The screen of iPhone may be a bit small for this purpose?

Mate if it's just for map then I would suggest you to get a GPS software on your iPad, you don't need any 3g data for GPS software while it can still give you the map plus navigation. Either purchase it or Jailbreak your ipad to get cracked version.

LOL, you can buy it from Apple Store from anywhere. I know 高德 or 凯立德 would work. It appears that right now in Apple Store that 高德 is only 13.99 NZD.

Hi, I've just back from Shanghai and I am one of those who got it first in NZ.

Firstly, if you need to sign into 3G network, you need to buy the 3G model, however, it is not available in China's Apple stores (you can get it from paralleled imported, but that's not recommended since the warranty if unknown). So it leaves you with 3 choices to buy.

1. Buy in Auckland (stocks available, but price is slightly higher, you get local warrenty)
2. Buy from Auckland airport (no GST, cheap, but stocks are not always available, you get local warrenty too)
3. Buy from HK authorized stores, stocks should be available, price is good, not sure about warrenty

to get 3G connected, you can sign up at unicom, as price shown follows

sometimes you can get a better deal, so check in store.

however, to obtain a microsim, you might have to DIY it, they usually doesn't provide you with the microsim.

在奥克兰机场可以买到免税的，不过不确定会不会有所有型号。
国内旅游的话你需要一些类似大众点评，驴评网，之类的应用，提前安装好吧，至于上网就是买3G版本咯在国内买卡,另外你最好备个power bank，走走就没电了。。。
