Sorry to write this in English. i am still at work.

Has anyone used XYY delivery?

I am and I am regretting every minute. I posted some honey to my mum on 25/05/11. It still has not arrived yet. Every time I rang the company, they have got all sorts of ‘very good excuses’, i.e. some sport events are going on,
it will be in two weeks, the policy has changed ---.
I am so sick of their lies now. Has anyone have got the similar experiences?
If I do not get any where this week, I am going to take them to ‘fair go’. Does anyone have any experience with FairGO?

我用过xyy和新亚，都没有问题，xyy是稍微慢一点，不过1个月也就到了。
用过程光，速度不慢，但是2次东西都搞错了，还好后来找回来了～～

that makes two of us.
when XYY picked up, they said that the goods were expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days. after a month, I called, because of some of university students sports, all goods were delayed in shenzhen. two more weeks, I was told that the goods are expected to be delivered around 15th Jul 2011. today, 1st Aug 2011, the goods are still in nowhere.

今天打电话过去又故意找借口，说国内海关改政策了，有你们这样的吗？？？！
他家的职员又托我，说让经理打电话，我等了一天，连个鬼影子都没有。气死我了！！！！！！！

用易达通吧,www.qexpress.co.nz。他们新开通的上海线还是满快的，真的是一周就到了，不过一个地址只能寄一箱奶粉,价格也不贵，一箱6罐大约5X纽币。
