这是state 给我的 info 听起来好像不错
state also cover loss of rent for specific situations, for example, if the tenant vacates without giving notice, if you have to evict the tenant, if the tenant can legally stop paying rent (due to failure of utilities).
It does not cover you if you just cannot find a tenant.

Landlord Rent Cover应该每个保险公司都有的。

最好read the fine print of the policy....

有的公司赔玻璃时不用垫底费。有的要100元。我也想知道有哪家好。顶一下。
