借朋友的論壇ID請教一下,

聽說就算還沒PRV, 拿RRV的PR也entitle housing allowance; 請問有中介在做這樣的嗎?

yes ...you are right ..

as soon as you are granted residence visa, you are entitled to accomodation benefit~

只要有PR都可以申请房屋补贴,前提是属于低收入或者是没收入的家庭或单人,另外存款和不动产也会影响房补的.
