北京递交，刚分到移民官，叫Vivian Yu，再次补材料，要求父母的学历和工作情况，独生子女证，婚姻状况，请问大家这些对申请结果影响大吗？

申请成不成功取决于你所提供的材料是否符合移民局的要求,这些补的材料都属于正常的,所以楼主不需要太担心.

I meet all the requirements as sponsor, just not sure why the immigration needs details of my parents employment and education. How these can impact on their PR application?

别担心，询问父母的学历和工作情况是例行公事。我和我周围的几个朋友都有收到信要求这几份资料。独生子女证，婚姻状况是比较重要的.

I am the only child to my mum (principle applicant) but my dad has another child during the second marrige (p.s I have no intention to sponsor him in anyway). Will it be ok if my mum has marrige and divoice history?

我父母去年8月在上海递交的。。下个月1年了。都没分到呢！

不过因为你母亲是主申请人，所以应该没什么问题的。

yeah, my step dad has one daughter, but in the application, my mum is principle applicant, and my step dad is only the partner attached to the applicant.

Anyway, I have already been requested by the case officer to provide further information twice, now only hope everything will be ok. Fingures crossed.

Good luck to everyone who are still awaiting for the application to be allocated to a case officer!
