把CV写好，有时候看到同胞的简历实在单薄～～～经验少就多写skill。。。发30份还没1个电话面试cv就有问题，5个电话面试都不能进到on site那英语就实在够呛，面试也要经验积累技巧，前面几次当交学费不吃亏

再有就是那么一点运气，眼缘很重要，形象不好整的跟wsn一样谁想理你？？？

没有经验的话真的很难

New Graduate没有工作经验的话，只能靠学习成绩当敲门砖了。
现在也有很多公司专找Graudate, 可以没有工作经验，但他们对学习成绩有很高要求。
另外，多花点时间写写CV也很重要。

You need to know which company have graduate program and when they take grads.
Intergen , close last month.
Graduates Each year Intergen runs a Graduate Programme and we are currently recruiting for 2012. Applications close 17th of June, apply here!

Datacom should start in October
Orion health , can not remember.

现在的情况是旱的旱死涝的涝死
见过一个人,不熟但知道学习成绩一般但经历很多
有特长参加过很多活动,,OFFER一大堆,有些工作他根本就没经验,人家也要??!!
但大部分人还是一职难求,都是无数次简历递出来的

所以说在国外你特点十分突出的话,一堆人抢你,特点不突出就没人理
其实说实话实际能力上区别不大
