今天才看到通告，从7.27-7.29要转移新址，暂停办公，不接受申请，也不能打电话和邮件。
Branch closure from 27 to 29 July 2011Thursday, 16 June 2011
Shanghai Branch will be closed from 27 to 29 July 2011 inclusive as we will be moving to new premises. We will not have any access to our emails or our phone messages during this time nor will we be able to process any visa applications.

Our office will reopen on 1 August 2011. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

我刚收到北京移民局的信，让我把资料寄到上海移民局。地址是

这个邮编号码好像是错的，跟移民网站主页上的邮编不同。谁知道那个是对的？

Shanghai VAC commencement, location and opening hours
From 12 August 2011, all applications from people resident in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Jiangsu and Jiangxi must be lodged, either in person or by mail, at:

New Zealand Visa Application Centre
2/F, Guangdong Development Bank Tower, No. 555 Xujiahui Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai

The VAC in Shanghai will be open from 8:00am-3:00pm Monday to Friday and will follow the holiday schedule of the INZ China branches.

Applicants will be required to pay Facilitation Fees for the facilitation of visa application lodgement at the Shanghai Visa Application Centre as follows:

220 CNY per application
200 CNY per applicant for Group Visas lodged by ADS agents
220 CNY per applicant for Group Visas NOT lodged by ADS agents.

Applicants who wish to have their passports returned to them by courier rather than by collection from the Visa Application Centre must pay a 50 CNY courier fee.

Application and Facilitation fees can be paid in cash (if submitting the application in person) or by bank transfer (if submitting the application by mail).

For more information on the process of submitting visa applications at the Visa Application Centre in Shanghai please go to the Visa Application Centre website at: www.newzealandvisachina.com (note the website will be available in the afternoon of 8 August) or email: infosha.nzcn@vfshelpline.com.
