I have going to put an offer on a two level house, first level is brick, the second level is plaster, is built in 2004, many of my friend tell me not to buy it because the second level is plaster, is it really the case ?

Most two level houses in meadowland and dannomore are brick + plaster, are they all bad ?

不要光看外墙，要看木料是否是经过防腐处理的～～～～～～～～～～

waiting for some professional answer,, actually i personally like the look of brick + plaster,, it looks good, but need to balance the risk...

plaster的名声很臭的啊

以前是92-04年的出问题,但基本上是10年了才发现有问题的.

那么2004年建的恐怕要2014年以后才能说是安全不安全.

有个洋人买了86年的, 到2011年才开始大漏水, 你说哭不哭?

如果考虑长久住, 还是别碰吧...

如果有 cavity system 而且木头是处理过的应该还OK啊。

几乎所有的建筑材料都有漏水的隐患，Plaster的风险有可能会大一点，尤其是在拙劣的设计和不当的施工的情况下，风险更大。木材H1.2以上的化学处理，Cavity结构，以及足够宽的屋檐，适当的材料选择和设计；Plaster也有好房子。Plaster分很多类型，有些类型的Plaster质量很好。例如ACC integra plaster。

LZ有照片吗？单凭文字描述，很难下结论。

Plaster的房子需要谨慎检查，尤其的特殊时期里建造的。（其实所有类型的房子购买之前都需要好好看看）买房子不是小事情，好房子更要细心挑。祝LZ好运。

好吧，其实我家就是这样的房子。

我问过专业人士，他们说这种类型的plaster房有两种。一种里面用的是harditex，风险比较高（我家就是这种），另一种没有什么问题。

至于怎么看用的是哪一种，只要看窗户就行了。如果窗户的金属边框突出于外墙那就是harditex。如果窗子完全是凹进去的，至少5厘米，那这种的就不会有问题。

我观察过我家附近的房子（我家在dannemora正中间），绝大部份是Harditex。需要经常检查外墙是否有裂痕，如果有的话一定要尽快补掉。我家就已经补过了，补得好的话可以维持至少5年。

至于为什么harditex + palster会裂是因为这两种材料的膨胀系数相差比较大，天长日久的昼夜温差就会导致开裂。

I liked the house very much, ticked all the boxes except the plaster ! its a hard decision to make, and i am still struggling with my thoughts, I can arrange a detailed building inspection, but i think its more in the mind, if there are alot of people with the concept of "big no no for anything plaster", then the house will be harder to sell later on (even if there are no issue with leaking at all), its all in the mind.... just like living close to high power transmission line, i.e. there are no scienctific prove that it is harmful to human, but alot of people dont buy houses near them...

for my understanding,High power line coulld have some effects on human ...{:8_387:}

我最近也在看房子，看上的几乎都是2层的plaster，上下都是plaster, 房主刚重新刷了层防水漆，说是能保15年，不知道靠谱不，说是 harditex呢。。。有点怕怕。。。
