If your ex-girlfriend hasn't been successfully grant her PR on base of your partner sponsorship, then you are not the person whom covered under 5yrs exclusion period to sponsor your next girlfriend. however, if you withdraw your sponsorship, then your ex-girlfriend no longer eligible to continue her partner PR application, thus, you haven't been sponsor any person to grant PR under partnership immediately ending before you sponsor your current girlfriend. however, the immigration officer will check up is there any double relationships among you, your ex and your current girlfriend, this means, the immigration officer will assess how long you have been out of your previous relationship, and when did you start your new relationship, for example, if you ended your last relationship one week before, and you start a new sponsorship tomorrow, then you have lots of things to do in order to satisfy the immigration officer about genuine and stable relationship between you and your current partner, however, if your current partner has vaild visa, the better way is clear up all the previous case and cool down for while and start new sponsorship for your current partner....cannot do this in a rush mode, then you will be in trouble also your current partner, becasue the immigration officer may identify your current partner enter the relationship becasue of PR application
