标题: 又急又闷！只想念书而已怎么这么难啊！ [打印本页]

大家好！

我昨天收到CO的信，她怀疑我办学生签是为了要去新西兰工作。因为我之前有办工签的记录和我二月申请的工签四月被拒然后我现在又办学生签。她还写说因为我申请学生签时选择可以每星期工作20小時的選項所以就被怀疑我办学生签是为了要去工作！我办学生签就是因为我不能去工作了我才下定决心要去念IT 的Master。请问我要如何证明我是真的要去念书的呢？我是在 INZ 新加坡申请的。

现在完全被移民局搞扎了！本来有良好记录的，给他们这样一弄记录也变黑了。。。

请大家帮帮忙给些意见。。谢谢

We have completed a first assessment of your application. Beforewe make a decision on your application we would like to give you an opportunityto provide us with further information:

We note from our records that you had previously applied forwork visas and had been working in New Zealand. You last applied for a workvisa in February 2011. After it was declined in April, you applied for thisstudent visa. Your previous immigration history and work visa applicationsshowed your intention to work in New Zealand. As such, we are concerned thatyou may not be a genuine student and that you applied for a student visa whichwill have work conditions in order to work in New Zealand.
