事情是这样的。我们的空店面租给人做takeway,已经放了前台,装修了墙面,安了排烟罩,申请了food Hygience (还没做完要求的几点),但是还没到改水电的程序。现在他因故不想做了,只卖已购的设备的价钱,别的不计了。但是作为房东,如果他已经做的都不合city council 的申报要求,我们要考虑还有租给他的必要吗。作者: 陌生的香港人 时间: 2011-5-27 10:10:40

他想卖设备,但是现在没钱付租金,说等卖完才付。
问题是他已经做的部分如果还不需要city council 许可的话,卖掉设备,新接手的人有机会去申请,如果已做完的必须要consent, 而他没做,我们不认为他卖得掉,所以要收回店铺的。作者: 陌生的香港人 时间: 2011-5-27 14:06:40

What sort of consent has your tenant obtained?
So, you want to still opearte the shop as a Takeway?
In the old Auckland City area, takeway = retail under its District Plan so it should be fine in terms of land use (i.e. no change, and there will be no additional parking requirement)...but I m not sure about other areas under the previous different city councils.
