BMW Individual is a program that allows you to order specific color combo/interior trim/exterior trims on your car.
For example, some of the individual colors are so rare that you don't even see them on regular production vehicles.
They have nothing to do with M3 GTs. Any BMW can be ordered with an individual package from the factory.
This is just like how some people like to special order domestic cars with specific trims. Most of BMWs here don't come with Individual package because BMWs are imported and most people dont' have the patience to wait for an individual car to be ordered, produced and then delivered to them.
