这KIWISAVER是你们弄出来的吧？
这都实行几年了122个国会议员只有40来个参加。只占1/3。
不知道政府里数十万吃皇粮的+他们的contractors有多少人参加？谁有数据上来说说。
当官的年薪十几万+补贴，你们那么多钱不投KIWISAVER，都卷到哪里去了？难道都花光了，促进社会消费去了？

政府公务员有他们自己的退休计划，叫State Sector Retirement Saving Scheme (SSRSS)...公务员可以二选一，或者两者都加入。选了SSRSS的话，如果自己再进Kiwi Saver，那雇主只会补贴一个计划的~~

as much as possible, both my employer and i contribute 5%.

I know UoA can contribute up to 8%.

所有的各種benefit都是國會弄出來的，難道你要他們全部人去拿失業津貼？

Just joined the AMP nz retirement trust scheme for a month, 5% from me and the other 5% from employer. I checked the balance today, I found that my contribution is 5 % of my salary, but emlopyer contribution is not equal to mine in amount ( even add up all the fee covered by employer). My contribution and company contribution is supposd to be same right? what is your story?

what do you mean? My contribution is alo after-tax right? I checked my payslip, eg 100 NZD is my contribution, i expect that my company will contribut 100NZD as well. however, when i count in my AMP account, my contribution is 100 NZD totaled in several investment options, however my company contribution is less than 100 NZD, even considering the fees for investment..... just dont understand....

你那份是100的话，公司那份该是80还是78吧。公司那部分是要缴税的。

具体要问你们的investment consultant,你们payroll会告诉你电话的
