想去很久了. 有没有人介绍下应该上哪办签证?好象是法属的. 还有什么季节去比较好?谢谢啦

Without NZ passport, you will need to do a face interview/application in person in Wellington.
Try to avoid raining season and do not spend too much time on Papeete. It will be better if you can stay in one of the small islands.
