The Royal Easter Show was held over Easter weekend at ASB Showgrounds. I only saw it as I drove past it. Since I had my camera and lenses with me I made a turn and decided to give it a “shot”. There were quite a number of people at the show and it feels like a mini amusement park was set up there overnight. Quite amazing! The next morning I saw on NZ Herald that some people complained about the show being “overpriced”. It didn’t occur to me till then I realised I was supposed to pay for the admission fee! Oh…as I was looking for carpark that evening I drove into the “exhibitors parking” and the staff there just waved me in. Yes, I did it again!!

no, we cancelled it due to unpredictable weather. I went to Hunua ranges with my friend. didn't take many photos there, but some. :)

will go again when the weather gets better, and also when I have holidays ^^

I am longing for landscape photography!

no, we cancelled it due to unpredictable weather. I went to Hunua ranges with my friend. didn't take many photos there, but some. :)

will go again when the weather gets be ...

it was pretty good weather down Hunua, at least for that day.

For adults? some of them had fun paying for tickets and food. ; )

that's not really correct. you need to know how to operate the camera to begin with. and then you need to know what setting to use for a particular photo, and then decide how best to frame the shot and arrange each elements etc, and then you need to know a bit of editing to add some edge to the photo.

I have also hidden many "and thens" in between. :)
