To get a HANZ 18+ card your application form needs to be signed and verified by an authorised witness. If you don’t have a current form of ID you will also need an identifier to verify a passport photo of you. Check your application form to find out who is authorised to be a witness and identifier.

We also require proof of identity, so you’ll need to visit your local PostShop

给没驾照的人当ID用，主要是用于进出需要18+的人才能进入的娱乐场所。不然总得天天拿着护照，很危险。

给父母申请IRD用的，他们没有驾照。
