Please note, flexibility is needed as this role is required to be on-call.

Agree. Even on the Employment section of the Skykiwi BBS the employers need to list out the salary range and proper company contact details or else the job ad will get banned so there's no going around the circles there and waste everybody's time. Above all, it is to protect the interests of the job applicants.
