4.1号以后所有的公司都可以实行90天试用期的合同制，大家觉得这个政策怎么样？

It doesn't really matter, since the recruiting costs for big companies are very high, average about 5000+ per head in my company. I don't think they will waste of time and money to recruit someone and fire him after three months.

澳洲要把90天试用延长到180天，工会反而希望keep住90天的期限。。。。

其实真的没有那么大的关系，好的员工，做老板的绝对不希望你走，不好的，3个月不3个月，都是个过场罢了。
