父母团聚，他们拿到PR之后怎么转永久回头签，听说是最后两年中每年要在纽西兰累计住满184天，我不明白前面的3年对居住时间有没有限制？如果有，是多少天呢？另外再问一句，在这5年时间内是不是没有任何福利拿呀？谢谢

RV2.5.1 Significant period of time spent in New Zealand

A principal applicant has demonstrated a commitment to New Zealand if they have been in New Zealand as a resident for a total of 184 days or more in each of the two 12-month portions of the 24 months immediately preceding the date the date their application for a permanent resident visa was made (ie, in each of the two 12-month portions, a period or periods that amount to 184 days or more).

the first 2 years--184 days in each year.

那算永久回头的居住时间是从批准日起算还是登陆NZ 那天开始算 2 年。
例如： 01/04/2011 批准。 01/06/2011 登陆
那两年内每年要住满185天是从01/04 还是从01/06 开始算啊。

F4.30 Conditions of a resident visa granted under the Parent Category

See also Immigration Act 2009 ss 49, 55
A resident visa granted under the Parent Category is subject to the condition that the sponsor of the visa holder meets their obligations as set out in F4.25 until five years from the visa holder’s first day as a resident in New Zealand.
The multiple entry travel conditions on a resident visa granted under the Parent Category must be valid for until five years from the visa holder’s first day as a resident in New Zealand.
Effective 29/11/2010

前3年可以不用留新西兰，后2年每年一定要呆满半年后才可以拿永久，总共5年

楼上这个是新政策啊，没注意过，那现在父母团聚的永久回头签等于要等5年了，虽然前三年不用在纽。是不是申请时候要倒推5年了，等于是父母团聚类的PR签证一次给5年了？然后要算5年的移民监了。
