因为有个人喝醉酒把我车撞了，我把他告上法庭，上次上过一次庭了，现在我收到法庭的信，信上要求： The Tribunal hereby orders: 1) -evidence of the cost of repair of the damamged car ;or -evidence that the car has been written-off and evidence of the replacement cost of the car 2)please set this matter down for a further 1 hour hearing before me and for a translator of the Mandarin language to be present
请问，1）信上要求的第一个evidence of the cost of repair of the damaged car 是要具体修车的费用了，还是只是一个报价就可以。实际上我的车已经没得修，当时就被拖走了。
2）如果提供信上说的evidence 2是要提供什么东西呢？提供witten-off的 evidence 要怎么提供，只是cancellation of registration的收据足够吗？还是需要其他文件证明？还有evidence of the replacement cost of the car是指什么？
3）信上第2点提到的，我需要把这些evidence提前给法官吗 还是到时候上庭直接给就好了?
