请问非夫妻/非Partner（比如亲戚或好朋友）可以联名买房吗？

您说的关于联名买房的joint tenancy 和 tenancy in common 的方式，两者之间的主要区别是什么呢？麻烦您了。

您好，上面的回答没有错，任何人都可以联名买方的，不过要看方式是用joint tenancy 或者tenancy in common 的方式了。

Joint Tenant: you all own the property in equal share， if one die, their share automatically passes to the other owners. ( joint tenant override a will)

Tenants in common: you choose to own the shares of the property. ( may equal or unequal). If one dies, the Will decides who gets the ownership share.
