在招工启事里面写下这一句，算不算移民局规定的特殊要求，从而不符合要求呢:

Good communication skill both in oral and writing in English, and more languages skill are welcomed but not necessary;

这个肯定不算特殊要求，你在新西兰工作，这Good communication skill both in oral and writing in English这本来就是工作中最基本的要求。

其实，我全部的要求是这样的（就是按照我自己的情况写的）：
At least three years local work experience at manager level in the relevant industry, and should have basic meat handling skills;
New Zealand Diploma in Business or above qualification and the certificate of Food Safety;
NZ full driver license;
Good communication skill both in oral and writing English and other language skills are welcomed but not necessary;

最好是去work and income呢还是同时去trade me好呢？

移民官看重的是你的英语水平，而不是你有其他语言技能，加上这句不能给你加分，反而暴露了你工作的环境不是全英文环境，这反而对你不利。
btw,如果你一定要加这句，用not essential比用not necessary要好得多。
