请问，我听说如果在没有年收入3万以上的情况下，银行存款达到两万也可以给父母办移民？

我还经常听说新西兰年年大赦黑户，每年还送大笔钱给黑户。

根据移民政策，您的年收入要达到纽币29,897.92以上才可以担保你父母的申请，具体政策请参考如下：
a. The gross minimum income requirement referred to in (a) above is NZ$29,897.92 per
annum. This is based on the Unemployment Benefit (married and civil union rate) plus the
maximum Accommodation Supplement as set by the New Zealand Government. This must be
met by personal income which is obtained from:

i. sustained paid employment; and/or

ii. regular self-employment; and/or

iii. regular investment income.

所以，一般来说个人存款是不被接受的，除非你能证明你的存款属于定期投资所得. 具体细节，请和我们预约联系。
