那个penal rate我不知道中文该怎么说。但一般来说，周六日上班的话工资应该是正常工资的1.5倍。节假日是2倍。下午班和夜班是另外的比例。这个比正常工资多出来的叫penal rate。看样子你要是倒班或周末节假日上班的话，也不多给钱
overtime是加班费。好像也没有加班费。

是不高。简单地算的话就是每小时14块4。

楼上的高人看一下PENAL RATES 到底是比正常工资多出的部分呢还是1.5
或2倍的总和呢？
