council给我回信说有一步我没有填如下

“Whats steps has applicant taken to manage the sale and supply of liquor pursuant to the licence with the aim of cpntributing to the reduction of liquor abuse”

意思是能看懂，但是不知道该怎么回答，有没有专家给指导一下啊？多谢~~~

应该是你在卖酒的时候要问买酒人的问题之类，好像要求他们出示ID之类的。。还有什么步骤就不知道了。
