为什么今天我们公司里的洋人都说放弃救援是很SB，可笑，无耻的？

连一向文化很低的KIWI都明白黄金救援期的道理，
连一向很封闭的KIWI都明白当人被围困在下面的时候，如果听到外面有动静，知道有人来救你了，他们能靠意志坚持几天，直到被救；如果外面没用动静，他们心理上就会凄凉地认为他们已经被遗弃了，加上没水没吃没光线几个小时之内就会睡着死亡。

刚看了CAMPBELL LIVE, 昨天那些所谓的救援专家说CTV是100%没有幸存者, 说他们用了仪器和狗, 我不知道他们那些仪器和狗的准确率有多高?能高到给下100%没幸存者的结论????

但今天早上, 里面还有人发TXT给她妈, 说她还在里面, 请人来救她. 这是何等心酸, 心痛的笑话????  难道是人鬼情未了?????

那些所谓"理智"的人们, 请你们想想, 如果你们的亲人在里面, 收到这样的TXT, 你们是什么心情?????

好像是日本施压了，所以救援队又回去了，最新消息说 有35个中国学生也在CTV 楼下，悲剧啊 。。。。不知道是不是真的。

和上次矿难一样让我愤怒。凭什么说下面的人没有活着的，就凭仪器？我们都知道电脑常常会出错，科学总是解释不了很多自然现象。面对这么多人命，怎么可以这么草率？

昨天看1台 close up 那个老头采访那2个专家的时候，感觉那个专家自己都底气不做，只是说大火烧了一天，又8个小时没有生命的迹象了。。理由肯定是不充分的了，不过他们说把人吊到pgc building 去，因为那边有活着的~ 这样说也无可厚非，毕竟他们人撤下来不是回家休息去了，而是投入了另外的一个地方去救人了。。后来是日本人来了，才回去了，估计日本给气的不行了，我们的人还没有救取来你们就撤了。。。 看nz和小日本在捕鲸上闹得挺凶，其实到头nz还是照顾日本多国中国，主流媒体连多少中国学生都没有提过。。 现在看名单，中国学生好像比日本的还多。。。 等清点完人数看这次中国学生有多少。。 唉~~~

The latest updates from the Christchurch earthquake as they happen.

6.15pmThe new death toll has now been confirmed at 98, with 226 still missing.

Christchurch police have started releasing names of those who have died in the earthquake. They are nine-month-old Jayden Harris, five-month-old Baxter Gowland, 22-year-old Jamie Gilbert and 40-year-old Joseph Pohio.


More names of the missing will not be released until the identifying process is complete.

Call 0800 733276 to report missing people.



4.30pm Rain forecast for Christchurch tomorrow will be a chance for people to collect water. Collected rain could be used in paddling pools or buckets.

Housing New Zealand will provide a temporary accommodation service to people displaced as a result of the Christchurch earthquake. Call 0800 HELP 00, or visit welfare centres in Christchurch to offer or seek temporary housing.

4.15pm Police have delayed the release of names and figures of fatalities and those missing. This will now be released at 6pm.

4.00pm Up to 200 elderly residents are being moved to facilities around the South Island.

3.30pm Police have confirmed that up to 120 people are feared dead in the CTV building and 22 inside the Cathedral Square.

3.15pm A second, more sophisticated email scam has emerged posing as the Red Cross and targeting people wanting to help victims of the earthquake. Click hereto find out how to help.

2.50pm Three hundred international search and rescue people from four countries have joined in the rescue and recovery operations in Christchurch.

2.30pm The CTV building and The PGC building have been declared as recovery operations.

Police will release the names of those confirmed dead and those missing at 4pm today.

1.20pm Police say there could be as many as 120 people in the CTV building.

There are officially 76 bodies recovered and 238 people missing after the quake, but some of those may have already left Christchurch.

Next month's Ellerslie Flower Show has been cancelled due to the Christchurch earthquake.

The Christchurch phone network is still being plagued by power issues two days after the 6.3 magnitude quake. Telecom is collecting analogue landline phones, which do not need electricity, to distribute to those in need.

1.04pm There are now 76 people in Christchurch morgues at the moment, according to Police Minister Judith Collins.

12.30pm Two, possibly three bodies, have been pulled from the CTV building.

12.20pm Orion hopes to have power restored to 75 percent of customers by the end of today.

12.10pm Census forms have been delayed until midday tomorrow.

Several world leaders have contacted Governor-General Sir Anand Satyanand to send their condolences.

12.00pm The PGC building search has now entered a 'recovery' phase.

11.30am The mood in Christchurch CBD is growing increasingly tense as police and security staff worry about the possible further collapse of building facades.

11.20am Police will release some names of fatalities and a missing persons list later today.

11.00am Ninety students and staff from King's Education, housed in the CTV building, are either missing or unaccounted for. The school has released this listof those missing or unaccounted for.

The Canterbury Earthquake government helpline is now active. This helpline is to provide information on government services for people affected by the Christchurch earthquake.

10.00am The search for survivors of the Christchurch quake kicked into high gear this morning after two signs of life from beneath the rubble, but have failed to find anybody alive.

6.15am Civil Defence says food and fuel supplies are reaching Christchurch, but water is still the main worry following Tuesday's earthquake.

People are being asked to boil drinking water and to not panic buy petrol or groceries. Foodstuffs has confirmed that all of its Christchurch stores are open and sufficiently stocked.

People are being urged to stay at home and not to use the roads.

6.00am Sumner hillside has been evacuated by police amid fears the cliffs could collapse.

就我看到的信息来说, 当时的情况是这样的,

一开始就知道CTV和PGC里面有比较多的人, CTV里面更多, 所以重心在CTV, 其次在PGC

过了一晚, 在CTV没有探测到生命迹象, 同时那栋20多层的Hotel 随时可能会倒, 如果倒向CTV方向会引发其他的楼最后砸到营救人员, 而在PGC里面还有生命迹象.

所以, 一边是救活的可能大, 另一边是救活的可能小外加危险加大, 我觉得在人手不够的情况下转移地方继续努力救人, 是可以理解的.

所谓的 100% 肯定是有问题的, 这么说太过武断, 奇迹到处都会发生.

另外, 请不要说没救几个人出来. 今天6点的更新是

yes, they did pull someone out alive from PGC building after they give up the focus on CTV.. wow, i think there is nothing to be blamed about, except that 100% fatty cop,;11;  but again he is just a messager..this is NZ, they have to use limited resources to where needed most,and produce best output, which i think they've done brilliant job.
unlike somebody here, complaint is not my style, live positively is the only way you can move forward in a time like this, and be grateful that you are here!! lets pray for the ones still missing...

PGC那边一直有人在救，救出来是因为原来救援队坚持的结果，和放弃CTV这拨人没关系，新人过去判断形势，设置机器要多少时间？CTV的人还没过去人家那边也挖出来了。
放弃CTV这拨人，四个小时撤掉又跑回来，大机器，梯子挪走要花多少时间？再重新摆回来重新估计形势部署又有要花多少时间？中间的时间全浪费了，而且肯定不止四个小时，因为准备撤离就花很多时间，重新部署又花很多时间

我CHCH的同事都很平安，很庆幸。都是KIWI。

有个同是还说在慌乱之中，除了抱起他的笔记本电脑和手机冲出来，其他都没拿，没有PROTECT公司的财产。后来就封锁了，不让进了。

他说他不理解为什么不让自愿者进去挖，多点人，拿GARDENING的工具都可以救几个人出来。哎。

我前两天发了一个贴,就是问问为什么救援队撤离了? 因为那时看到新闻是这么说的.
我都还没质疑救援效率半个字呢,结果就被几个奋青砸了,还说我煽动,,唉,这世道,,感觉这个版快成文革了
其实经过以前很多次事故的经历,大家多多少少都对新西兰的救援效率有所不满, 表达一下又怎么了, 不同的观点有碰撞,一定要搞成打压形式吗? 说来说去还说出人身攻击了, 如果真是这么闲的无聊,还是想想如何给chch捐款出力吧.

是有余震，都懂。 汶川地震的时候我在成都。。第二天，第三天，一车一车的成都人拉着东西就往都江堰和北川去了。。那里还面临山体滑坡。

不知道怎么表达这种观点，只想说，如果我的家人和朋友在CTV，我就是拿手也要去挖他们出来，不见尸体决不停止。

我, 我老公, 我父母也都这么想. "如果我的家人和朋友在CTV，我就是拿手也要去挖他们出来，不见尸体决不停止。" 不是肯不肯MOVE ON的问题. 只是觉得仪器什么的哪有那么先进.见到尸体才能死心, 才能MOVE ON. 可能我们没有那么理智吧.

哎，，，说来说去还是NZ国家小，发生这么大的灾难，有这么多的人一下子被压在废墟下面需要救援，第一时间救援的人手设备不够，大家能够理解，但是在这个时刻不能理解的是那个死胖子说100%都没有生命迹象了真的伤了很多人的心。

就和爱一个人一样，爱父母和爱孩子一样，不一定非要和他在一起，不一定非要每时每刻和他们在一起。

但是一定要尊重他们，不要辱骂他们，即使他们有什么缺点。更不能说你和他们没有关系，更不能以和他们有关系为耻辱。。

明白吗？可能你永远也明白不了。
