2010年11月之前的政策是澳洲公民或者PR去新西兰拿的是resident permit, 现在怎么改了resident visa...... 请教专业人士，这2种称谓不一样了是不是性质也不同了。以前澳洲公民或pr入境新西兰就是新西兰Pr , 做2年移民监就可以拿永久回头。现在的这个visa是怎么回事？是不是跟以前的实质一样只是换了个称谓？还是说不再像之前一样就算等2年也不可以拿永久回头了？对澳洲公民或pr来讲，改了政策是不是现在得等resident visa 2年后才可以无息贷款上学的呀？其他福利也都变了么？

还有听说新西兰的永久回头以后会被取消，有这么个说法吗？

Permanent residents and Australian citizens are subject to a two-year stand-down before they can receive a Student Loan. This means that they will need to have lived in New Zealand for at least two years and be ordinarily resident in New Zealand. Permanent residents will also need to have held permanent residence for at least two years to qualify

那请问新西兰公民去澳洲是不是也享受同样待遇呢？
NZ公民在澳洲住够两年可以变成澳洲PR吗？
