An update for you - Merchants from the Auckland to Northland region experienced a high volume of transmission errors. It has been determined that this was possibly due to high volumes of telecommunication (voice) traffic, overloading the system, in response to the CHCH Earthquake.
Call flow to the helpdesk has reduced to near normal levels.
