我在在咖啡店里工作的，但是我前2个月的时候因为发现自己有了。然后自己不舒服嘛，头晕之类的就在店装修10天之后，我再请了一个星期的假，然后就回去上班拉。。但过了不久我又感冒拉。。所以医生建议我再休息一下，然后要请假到圣诞节那样拉。。。然后我本来要第2天上班拉，但我突然知道店来了新人拉。。然后我问我老板娘我该什么时候上班，她就说我不用上拉。。她就那样就解雇了我，我觉得不公平嘛，然后向她写信，要求要回2个星期的提前通知的钱，她不理我，现在我写第2次，她回复我啊。说就给回3，4天的钱我，说因为我请假的时候也是只给1。2天她的提前通知，她还说我们之间没有合同的，我晕，，我病请假了还要提前告诉她啊，，，现在她就问我接不接受，晕，，难道我拿回我应该拿的都不行吗？？请教一下懂这么的人拉。。帮帮忙，我该怎么办？？

Employees are required to inform the employer at the earliest opportunity of the intention to take sick leave – preferably before they are due to start work, but otherwise as early as possible after falling sick.

The employer has the right where the employee is sick or injured for three or more consecutive calendar days to require the employee to provide proof, such as a medical certificate, of the injury or illness.

你既然去了家庭医生那里，就把证明拿给你老板娘看啊？
你老板娘绝对不能就这么解雇你，顶多给你一个正式警告！
正式警告三次后如果还无法遵守规矩她才有权利解雇你！

你告诉你老板娘，如果不能解决，就只能去employment tribunal解决了

NND一些中国老板实在是TMD太过分了
有些留学生或者职员就是抱着多一事不如少一事的心态
所以才让这些缺德的老板有机可乘

Hi all, as promised here is an update on where we are at with our case. We are all hard at work preparing evidence for the Employment Relations Authority hearing and have been in touch with some of you already. We are also getting evidence from other sources including the receivers. Due to this taking much longer than expected we have had to ask the ERA to delay the case for 1 month to 23 and 24 March 2011. They have accepted this and confirmed the new dates.

Please read the attached summary from our lawyer, Philip xxxxxx which sets out exactly what is happening and where we are at.

We are using the extra time to put together more evidence to make our case even stronger! So we have contacted some of you with a request for more information - please get this back to us as soon as possible. Note that we may need those we have contacted to attend the hearing on 23/24 March so please keep these dates available!

NZ規定，婦女怀孕是不可以炒人的。

一般，如果通过Mediation解决，4-5个月左右。也可能直接在律师和法律代表间直接解决，达成Settlement Agreement，1-2个月左右就有可能。

如果打到ERA，通常要8-10个月。

ERA判决后，有28天的时间，由双方 ...

有些案子拖得时间会长些。

我去年的一个和新报的案子，已经经过了两次的开庭调查，三月初还要有第三次。估计判决书怎么也要四月、五月份了。

到时候，就是整整一年。其实，耗下去，对雇主没 ...

是前雇主，2009年8月，新西蘭最大的Eftpos机公司被清盤了，我們知道有些部门是賺錢的，如Eftpos部及海外分公司，我們百多人只是想取回我們一个月的人工和假期，我有四十日假期泡湯了，如果胜訴，我可以取回万多元~~
