you sign a rental agreement, and sign another purchase agreement as well.
you pay the rent and deposit, till the time settle the property years later.

rent to buy 是deposit 是百分之多少呢？这样的情况，是固定每周付多少的租金，还是一样需要工作担保去申请贷款呢？付的租金之后会在房子的总价中扣除么？
