我也遇到过类似的情况，只是没有超速那么多。抱怨过后还是把罚款缴了。

也很想知道有什么好办法，如果下次再遇到这种情况

建议你还是打电话，预约律师吧。

1. 你可以要求律师给你做defending 辩护，如果可能的话

2. 律师帮你申请个条件性驾照。

所以根据你的情况，肯定需要律师的，在论坛上我不觉得任何人能实际意义上帮你解决这个现实问题

您好，根据交通法警方在你超出50公里情况下如果要告你，是可以暂时吊销驾照28天的。

The suspension of a driver licence under subsection (1) ceases to have effect if—

(a) the Police decide finally that proceedings will not be taken against the person for an offence arising out of circumstances referred to in subsection (1) or if such proceedings have been taken and the person is acquitted; and

(b) the suspension has not already been removed.
