With everyone’s feet back under the desk this month, it’s a good time to keep a watchful eye on what’s happening to power prices.
After listening to feedback from our customers, Powershop is going to let prices rise a little earlier this year so we can make your mid-winter costs more manageable. And unlike other power companies our prices will go down again in summer.
Powershop is designed to seasonally adjust prices to keep them competitive. The first of these adjustments will happen on 7 February.
The best way to control your power costs is to plan. Here are a few things to take note of while you're eyeing the thermometer:

- Entering regular meter readings helps you track your power consumption and understand how to save power and money as you go.
