移民局电话等了10多分钟也没通。

问一个问题：
我朋友持有澳大利亚的配偶移民签证，属于TEMPORARY VISA，具体类别是309签证，他能否免签证进入新西兰获得PERMANENT RESIDENT VISA（2年的返回签证）？

看官方网站说是澳大利亚的permanent resident visa or returning resident visa都可以自由进入新西兰，落地就得新西兰的RESIDENT VISA。

Temporary应该是不可以的

If you answer 'Yes' to any of the following questions, you do not need a visitor visa. If you answer 'No' to all of the questions, you will have to apply for a visitor visa.
Are you a New Zealand or Australian citizen?
Do you hold a New Zealand residence class visa?
Do you have a current Australian permanent residence visa or a current Australian resident return visa? (Note: If you hold an Australian temporary or provisional residence visa, then you will require a visitor visa).
