是按比例收费的

比如网费是100，你只用了15天，一个cycle是30天

那收费是100*15/30

不过账单出错很正常，要学UV15，坚持不懈

it can be very different, really depends on what your billing cycle is...

in fact, this should not be a concern at all, as TCL won't randomly charge for the whole month but billing only starts from the actual services date...

if this makes sense.
