call 0508 555 500 if you are a business customer
call 0508 888 800 if you are a residential customer
Simply, quote your job number or company/contact name and ask for updates....

At TCL business department, yes we do have Mandarin or Cantonese speaking consultant who are willing to help. You just need to call through Business Customer Care (call centre 0508 555 500) and ask to speak to anyone that can speaks Mandarin or Cantonese.
