我觉得你做的都对啊 还是要多跟你的律师沟通 想办法把损失降到最小
另外再补充点 如果中介知道问题并且刻意隐瞒的话 也是要付一定责任的 但是要根据CRA to cancel the contract中介是牵涉不到 因为agent is not party of the contract, but you can try to sue agent under Tort – deceit (because it’s fraudulent misrepresentation) or Negligent misstatement or FTA s9 deceptive misleading conduct. then sue the principles under s45 because they deemed to engage in the same contract. this way is trying to get relief under s43 FTA.
