CO发来的信,
You can regard the coming letter as a legal procedure that we have to go through in order for you to obtain permanent residency in NZ.
Hep B is on our list of medical conditions that require expensive treatment and, if your PR is approved, will be an expense to NZ tax payers.
At Immigration we have to be fair and realistic about this; even though you are healthy now it is possible that you will need treatment in the future.
That is why our medical assessor has assessed your condition as not being an acceptable standard of health.
What I am going to do is send you a letter stating this. Then you can respond to me with how you manage your condition and your views on the situation. Then I will either write to you again or write a report to my technical advisor that recommends you for a Medical Waiver. If this is approved we will continue with the normal process of your residency.
To put it briefly; don't worry just follow the process.
想问问大律师,现在我应该怎么做。MEDICAL WAIVER的步骤应该是怎样的,需要很久吗?
