I will make the formal complaint today through my lawyer...just want to remaind every student..just be careful if you are looking for the apartment now. for some reason , I do not want to disclose the name of this company. but just be careful... the member of this company is absolutely rude and they also engaged into threathening manner if you are old tenant. but they are really nice to the people before they decide to move in. for the students who are especially in AUT and AU, need to be careful this company. the manner this company attempted to sign the contract is really rude. and non- negatioatiable. and thay also denied every thing they said once you decide to move out作者: thekitchenplace 时间: 2010-11-19 15:14:04
I complaint their service and threatening manner to their manager' email. she replied me by saying they denied what they did. she also said their staff has never dealt me with inappriate manner. they said I was rude ....but in fact, I am never rude to them. I can not even believe their manager is such a incompentent . she also said they will sue me for defomation...Oh my god.
