If she is by herself and she only comes here for baby delivery, she might need to measure carefully.

- Travelling cost, e.g. flight
- Accommodation cost (might be entitled to accommodation supplement from Work n Income but still need to pay partial cost)
- No people around to help much (even worse if this is her first baby)
- Transport. Will she buy car or take public transport? If by car, can she drive in the first 6 weeks? Also need to by car seat etc.
Depending on how long they are going to stay here, they need to consider immunisation dots to complete here or China. Will her husband stay with her? Will he work or not? If he is not working, they might not be able to receive much Working for families tax credit. Also if the child is born here, he/she will be NZ citizen. But if born in China, he/she can have Chinese passport with NZ PR.
You are right 这面生条件各方面都好. but for people who is already four months preganent and now need to come here and start a new family from scratch, it is a little bit complicated.
