这是我当时准备的材料的list：
1. A completed, signed application form (INZ 1000)
2. A completed, signed “Sponsorship From for Residence” (INZ 1024) with JP’s signature
3. The application fee of Residence Visa/Permit, pay by credit card
4. My passport （我交的是原件，后来给我寄回来了，好像交JP签名的复印件就可以了）
5. Copy of my partner’s passport with JP’s signature
6. Two recent passport size photographs attached to the application form at the section indicated
7. Evidence that we living together for more than ** month
7.1 Our letters in **address (in time order)
7.2 Our tenancy agreement
8. Bank statements of my partner’s and mine joint account (in time order)
9. Our common property: 车什么的
10. The E-mail, phone records between us
11. Some of our credit card statements that we spend together
12. My partner and my pay slip.（这个不是必要的，没有也行）
13. letters of evidence that I am living together with my Partner in a genuine and stable relationship （家长，朋友等的支持信）
14. The gifts and spend for each other
15. Photos of us (in time order)
16. Our birth certificates
17. My Medical and Chest X-ray Certificate (NZIS 1007)
18. Police certificates from my home country less than 6 months old
