想买房子啦，最近在purchas street 看中一间房子，有点心动，不过想请教各界能人意见看看purchas street的周围情况。谢谢

在barbadoes purchas住了2年，感觉那一带都是townhouse，离city近，palms mall 也不远，买东西之类都还算方便。据经常光顾的一家dairy shop老板说，这里毛毛不多，大多还是白人。就是周末乱开车的小kiwi比较多，声音有时候挺想的

当年住在巴比豆简直就是精神衰弱啊，现在得人好了，没有racer了

住这边2年左右，开始也有点不放心，因为之前都住砍大附近，后来发现这边去哪都方便，除了机场那边。治安也还不错，就是周末晚上从比利街来的汽车排气管声音，中介都说ST ALBANS的居住环境不错，这里好房子都租得很快的。

just have the QV Essential property guide including E-Valuer for the property in Purchas Street, the floor area only has 70 Sqm.... with two bdms... Is it too small?

I am going to view the property at lunch time today... will update the news after viewing the property.

不能买那里的房子。很不安全。晚上又吵。不是校区。没升值机会。
