请问Recuitment Agent 一般收工资多少%多少作为他们的中介费提成。
虽然这个钱是由公司付的但是还是很感兴趣知道这个百分比

今天正好看到中介给公司的invoice，Robert Half，中介费是年薪的20%+GST.

不用。。。这种的是正规猎头公司，帮雇主招员工的，他们收雇主的钱，和你没关系。。
雇主让他们找一次就给一次钱

这个是不正规的。。。靠榨取学生为生的。。说白了就是卖job offer
正规的猎头公司是提供coach这种服务但是也是明码标价的。

按小时的话，我一小时25，中介15
按年薪的话，我一年4。5w，中介1。6w
不过我都是签约的，不是长期的，所以中介收的多一点。

我们常用的一家：

1. Permanent Positions
12½% of annual salary (salary $49,999 or less per annum)
15 % of annual salary (all Sales & Marketing Positions)
15 % of annual salary (salary $50,000 or greater per annum)

GST charges are additional. Fees are based on annual salary and bonus/commission payments (where they form part of the salary offer) and DO NOT include any non-taxable benefits such as allowances, subsidised loans/mortgages, company cars, superannuation, health insurance and bonus or commission payments etc which may apply. Fees are payable on successful completion of an assignment.

2. Temping Positions
Fees are charged at a flat rate of $6.00 per hour. and for Public Holidays that would otherwise have been worked, plus applicable holiday pay, plus GST.

3. Contract Positions

As for Permanent Positions above, based on the length of the contract, with a minimum charge of a 6-month fee.

不会。。。反而从某种程度上会得到比你原想更多的薪水。。。
很明显如果没有中介你自己和老板谈薪水回旋余地比较小，
而通过中介有可能中介会帮你争取到更多些的薪水，当然中介自己也是有利益的。。
