Here’s a little story all about marketing

A young chap is at a party and sees a very nice looking young lady there.

He thinks about approaching the lady in question and saying, “Hi, I’m great in bed” ……. And that’s direct selling

However, he’s a little shy, so he thinks that maybe he’ll pay a mate $10 to approach her, point him out and say “he’s great in bed”…… and that’s personal selling

He wonders if that will work, and instead thinks about placing his photo and a “I’m great in bed” caption on a billboard near her house…… and that’s advertising

Alternatively, he realises that he could ask for her phone number and ring her the next day to say “I’m great in bed”….. That’s tele-marketing

Or he could contact the media and they could write a newspaper article about how great he is in bed…. And that’s public relations!
