我每年是有六个星期的年假的。
今年从5月开始修产假,计划明年新年以后回去上班。产假前没有修年假呢,好像依稀记得产假期间还是可以享受年假的,具体怎么样呢?
我只那ird给的14周,产假期间单位是不给钱的

Your annual leave is still accumulating during your parental leave. Hence after you come back (assuming your leave started on 1/5/2010 and ends on 1/1/2011), you will have whatever left on your AL before your departure plus approx. 30*8/12=20 days for your annual leave. Only problem is that your hourly rate might change. For example, our company will calculate the hourly rate based on the income in last 12 months. As you only worked 4 months out of the 12 months when you come back, your leave pay might only be 1/3 of your salary rate. However, if you wait for 12 months before you take your annual leave, you then have this extra 20 days from your parental leave full paid for free. Sorry a little bit long!! 我不支持产假,那时候宝宝都不记事,宝宝希望妈妈三岁以后才多陪宝宝玩
