3 years experience.

65k + company car + company phone + superannuation

75% working outside of the office.

is it good?

it is called manager but basically you are the manager of yourself. it is more like technical specialist. but the job title is good.

我記得以前在Fletcher Building, Company Car = $35,000....

所以如果是65k的工作, 在Fletcher, 給你沒有噴公司行號的車, 等於是給你100k,
不過一些經理到了一個階段, 他不讓你選, 硬是給你車...

The pay is great for someone with only 3 years of experience, but as a "manager", one would expect more than 65K I think...

我個人認為還算是正常範圍內.

My company only has poor Super the same as KIWI Saver, 2% employer contribution, I don't have any incentive to join at all. sign. 7.5%? Your company is aussie company?

i think one thing i learned in big company is you need to lick ur boss' ass.

doesn't mean real lick, but you always need to talk to them, tell bullshit joke with them, compliment them, then when there is a promotion, the chance you get it is dramatically increased
