应该是抵押房，痛打落水狗可以考虑，但要注意质量问题。

去看了OPEN HOME, 外墙是铝的,钢架结构, 里面还好,都是按照COMMERSIAL 标准来的, 跟AGENT聊了一会儿,好想现在可以FREEHOLD LAND, 没透露价格.

ST MARY BAY好区,估计不便宜
还要花钱买地,改FREEHOLD

用来出租房间多卫生间不能配到每户一间,房子出租容易出问题.
