去年degree毕业，，明年打算读post....本来今年读的，已经approve了，，可惜因为等pr....今年没读成。
请问今年有offer却没读，，会不会影响明年申请post呢。。
还有，以前都在ndeva上enroll...现在怎么没有了。。
哪位大虾来解答下，，万分感谢
